Rental Agreement
The booking of rental properties represented by Peachland Vacation Rentals Ltd. is subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to a particular property.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations must be made in writing, and are effective once received – no exceptions.
- The following Cancellation penalty applies:
- 30 + days in advance of arrival – 25% of total rental
- 8 to 29 days in advance of arrival - 50% of total rental
- 0 to 7 days in advance of arrival – 100% of total rental
General Conditions with Renter
- Rental prices, policies, and conditions are not a rental contract and are subject to change without notice, however, once booked, the room price will not change
- We accept no responsibility or liability while acting as an agent for Property Owner, other than the supply of the room/rooms/home as agreed upon with the Renter
- We reserve the right to provide another room of equal or better value if, for circumstances beyond anyone’s control, your room is not available
- Not responsible for weather or transportation interruptions
- Renter and guests must be at least 25 years of age
- Must present valid credit card at arrival
Taxes & Currency
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Prices are subject to PST and GST, where we collect payment from the Renter
- Tax rates are subject to change without notice
